Our Mission
Scientella is a student-run, adult-guided fiscally sponsored non-profit organization empowering the next generation of women STEM innovators by matching young women with real-world career discovery experiences, impact-minded leadership development opportunities, and scholarships.
About Us
Scientella operates as a hub-and-spoke model, with an HQ team and high school chapters that work together to manage the organization and fulfill Scientella’s mission.
Our Matches
Through innovative, virtual experiential learning programs called “matches” (student consulting projects, 1-on-1 mentoring, webinars, and in-person company visits), true impact-leadership responsibilities, and rich interactions with role models, young women gain the resume, skills, and confidence to thrive in careers of their choice to narrow the STEM gap.
Scholarship Fund
While other non-profits offer Need-Based or Merit Scholarships, Scientella offers Impact Scholarships - an incentive-based reward to student leaders based on their longitudinal contribution to the organization and its beneficiaries.
